Time to panic.
I was 0 - 3 in my three fantasy leagues. Thoroughly clobbered in the family league. As such I will be buying a Portuguese Chicken dinner tomorrow night.
In my original league, I have five quality running backs so I am unloading Darren McFadden for two receivers, Roy Williams and Mike Wallace. Both second on the depth chart on their teams but it is the one area I need to address on this team.
I have been doing a fair amount of yoga lately, not running. I do miss the running but really felt the need to stretch, especially with the home project on the weekend and discovery of all the muscles you don't use while sitting at a desk.
I am also going to put my bike on the rollers down in the basement and turn Sunday morning Italian football watching into a workout session. I figure an hour or two of cycling should help this middle age man fight the effects of age a bit longer.
